This is a tracking bug for Build and Release of SeaMonkey 2.53.3 beta(s).

It seems FF's bug #1409158 should be backported (ie. respect LC_TIME in Linux).
The correspond commit is https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/4577afc2a13d

Since 2.53.x we have some "date/time format" error reports at Linux downstream level, and the main step to fix it is the backport of the change.

Dmitry added it to the patch queue. Please check the next build from Bill if it fixes the problem.
