I've started looking at turning on the ESLint rule no-undef for mobile/android.
So far in my investigations, I've found a few issues in my initial experiments for turning this on, so I'm using this as a tracking bug.

This is now done apart from bug 1425048 which will be fixed by the fact the code is due to go away.
Hence calling this fixed.
