No specific version. Most of the bugs appear on both the mozilla trunk and the NS6 RTM branch.

No, meta bugs just hold dependencies, nothing else. Either nominate individual bugs for a milestone or discuss on the newsgroup (.netlib in this case).

I noticed, from a bit of prolonged browsing activity ;) , that the bug consequently appears when i click a link on the page (or enter another page) when the current page hasn't finished loading completely yet.

Given the age of this bug, you might want to create a new proxy meta bug for firefox 3. That would give the proxy bugs the best visibility. Otherwise, feel free to add the other bugs to the "depends on" list...
