Mailnews is broken. We need to switch the mailwindow to folderpane.js. See bug 464710 and friends.

there are two SM hunks (last two in the review: customize.js, FeedConverter.js) which my or may not work depending on the class of URL/URI and whether the mutator works, which it doesn't for some Mailnes URLs currently. So please take note and move this issue to a SM bug.

Async.promiseSpinningly no longer works:
Bug 1442443 - remove all event loop spinning from Async.js

- Importing the old downloads.sqlite was removed some time ago. We should revert the bug in our release branch when it is time for 2.57. SeaMonkey switched to jsdownloads in 2.52 so 2.57 this will be the first production release after 2.49.x.

When we are ready to do a release we need to revert bug 1362384 in our branch only to allow importing downloads.sqlite and create an initial downloads.json with any unfinished downloads in it. Patch tested and ready for the future.
